Brentwood: New office capital of Essex

Brentwood can now boast to be the leading town in Essex for state of the art office and meeting accommodation following the opening of the Regus Business Centre at Warley Hill Business Park earlier this month.

The new centre at Jubilee House is just a mile away from Brentwood town centre and enjoys great transport links with its location just off the A12 and junction 28 of the M25 motorway and minutes from Brentwood station. It now provides the area with fully equipped outsourced office space for up to 426 people and is complete with a dedicated conference centre with no less than 8 conference rooms and 10 meeting rooms. The 40,000 sq ft modern office building also enjoys high speed Internet access, small team break-out areas and an internal cafeteria which is currently under construction.

Each office is available on flexible terms, providing businesses with the flexibility to locate to Brentwood with minimal start-up costs, whilst enjoying the ability to relocate and upsize within the centre, in line with their business needs. The dedicated conference centre is available to any businesses needing to hold meetings or conferences in a professional business environment with none of the distractions of a hotel or other traditional meeting venues and that complements the professionalism of their own business.

Mark Dixon, chief executive of Regus comments "The new centre in Brentwood, our first in Essex, is ideal for both large or small companies needing flexible office accommodation, be it on a long or short term basis. We have recently opened one of our biggest centres in Dartford, which has attracted a wealth of new businesses to that area and has helped to create many new jobs."

"Our dedicate conference centre, will go a long way in providing a meeting and conference venue to the business community, that is specifically designed for business and we that we believe is a welcome evolution of traditional meeting venues."

Regus have a large portfolio of clients within their 100 other UK centres, such as BMW, Compaq, Nokia and Fujitsu-Siemens, which recognise the cost effectiveness of the solutions that they provide. They also appreciate the savings of up to 78% on their total occupancy cost, when compared to a long term traditional lease.

The new centre also provides the company's revolutionary Virtual Office product that allows companies to use the services provided by Regus Brentwood without actually having an office there. A Regus Virtual Office provides businesses, large or small with a virtual office at a prestigious address and services such as mail, fax and telephone forwarding.
